Delete Your Account

RentaDiary owners can permanently delete their account from the web portal or the mobile app.

  1. Sign in, then open your Profile (web portal) or More → Profile & account (mobile app).
  2. Scroll to the Delete Account section.
  3. Type the word delete to confirm.
  4. Your account and all data are deleted immediately and permanently — there is no grace period.

What is deleted

Your owner account and associated rental units, tenant records, bills, payments, meter readings, maintenance requests, concerns, rates, and uploaded profile information are deleted from the active service.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email lonpdzon@gmail.com from your registered address. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
