Using RentaDiary
RentaDiary provides tools for rental-unit, tenant, billing, maintenance, and record management. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Your records and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of information you enter, including tenant details and billing records. Generated statements and contracts are administrative tools and are not a substitute for legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another account, upload malicious content, or use RentaDiary for fraud or harassment. Features may change as we improve reliability, security, and legal compliance.
Account suspension and deletion
We may restrict accounts used unlawfully or in ways that threaten other users or the service. You may delete your account from the mobile app; deletion is permanent once completed.
